FilterLists is the independent and comprehensive directory of all public filter and hosts lists for advertisements, trackers, malware, and annoyances. There are hundreds of lists maintained by volunteers to assist internet users with blocking advertisements and malware. Software tools typically ship with sensible defaults; but outside of those defaults, it was tough to find a directory of all of the lists that were available. That is why I built FilterLists.

WordPress VPS Build Guide
Inactive. A verbose build guide for a modern, high-performance WordPress production VPS. I maintain a $5/mo. DigitalOcean VPS which currently hosts 5 WordPress sites (including this one and FilterLists) as well as an instance of Matomo and a few other odds and ends. It was necessary to implement optimizations to make sure that the server is high-performance and low-cost. This guide is not always up-to-date with my current server, but I try to keep it updated as I have time.
Link Last Modified Checker
Inactive. A custom WordPress plugin for the first version of FilterLists that scraped the last updated date of all of the lists every 24-48 hours. This plugin is no longer actively used, but it was a great learning experience as my first custom WordPress plugin.
